Police investigating west Phoenix shooting that left 1 dead, 3 hospitalized
Police are investigating a west Phoenix shooting that left one man dead and hospitalized three others on Friday.

PHOENIX — Police are investigating a west Phoenix shooting that left one man dead and hospitalized three others on Friday.
Officers responded to a shooting near 4100 North Black Canyon Access Road around 11:30 p.m. where they found 25-year-old Tyson Harris with a gunshot wound.
Harris was taken to the hospital where he later died due to his injuries.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers found a second man with a gunshot wound near the original scene. He was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening.
Homicide detectives then took over the investigation. During their investigation, the Mesa Police Department learned of two more individuals with gunshot wounds connected to the Phoenix shooting, a man and a woman.
Both of these individuals were hospitalized with injuries that were not considered life threatening.
The investigation remains ongoing.
No other information was made available.
