PHOENIX – A small Phoenix retail center recently sold for nearly $4.5 million after garnering multiple offers.
The 1.1-acre property, which is known as the Shops at Kohls, sits within the larger Kohls-anchored shopping center at 48th Street and Chandler Boulevard in Ahwatukee.
What businesses occupy the Phoenix retail center?
A California trust purchased the 11,395-square-foot retail center for $4,468,467, according to the seller’s agent. The property is fully occupied with the following tenants:
- State Farm Insurance
- Sport Clips Haircuts
- F45 Training
- Bamboo Nails & Spa
- Thai Delight
- Bridge Wellness Center
Darrell Deshaw, vice president of Western Retail Advisors, represented the seller, a California private investment group.
“This sale underscores the strength of the metro Phoenix retail market, closing within 30 days at full price with multiple offers,” Deshaw said in a press release Wednesday. “Retail investment opportunities like this — with upside potential supported by an excellent location, exposure and consumer demographics — continue to be in extremely high demand.
