Silver Alert canceled for Phoenix man with cognitive condition

Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Tuesday morning for a 21-year-old man with a cognitive condition.

PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Tuesday morning for a 21-year-old man with a cognitive condition.

Dylan Valdivia was found safe and has returned home, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
