West Valley massage therapist accused of sexually abusing clients

PHOENIX – A West Valley massage therapist was arrested Wednesday for allegedly touching clients inappropriately, authorities said.

Chu Bingquan, 50, was booked on counts of sexual assault and sexual abuse, the Peoria Police Department said in a press release.

Police arrested Bingquan after receiving reports that he’d inappropriately touched multiple victims while providing massages at the Wellness Foot Spa.

He was taken into custody at the business at Cactus Road and 75th Avenue around 3 p.m.

Police are investigating whether there are additional victims in the case.
