Imported stone and tile are featured throughout the estate to go along with five custom fireplaces, according to the release.

The main courtyard is overlooked by balconies reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet, in addition to another courtyard that can only be accessed through the master bedroom and includes an oversized spa and private fireplace.

The property was listed for $10 million on Feb. 4 before settling for $500,000 less on Feb. 26.

It was previously listed for $16.5 million in October 2015 and sold nearly a year later for less than half the asking price.

The estate was built in 2013.
