Rain, hail touches down Monday evening in East Valley

Anywhere between a tenth and quarter of an inch of rain may fall on Monday night.

Rain during the day on Tuesday could amount to a tenth of an inch, with a 50% chance during the day before tapering off at night to clear skies.

Tuesday will have a slight chance of thunderstorms and a high of 60 degrees, decreasing to 41 degrees overnight, per NWS.

After the storm moves out of the Valley, sunny skies are predicted from Wednesday through the end of the week, with temperatures rising to the high 60s and into the low 70s.

So far in 2020, the Valley has only seen around a tenth of an inch of rain.
