Phoenix-area man suspected of using iPad to record under woman’s skirt arrested

PHOENIX — A man who is suspected of using an iPad to record under a woman’s skirt has been arrested in Tempe, according to Tempe Police Lt. Mike Pooley.
Jose Luis Carreno-Serrano, 28, was arrested on Wednesday after he was seen using his iPad to record underneath a woman’s skirt as she was working at the Arizona Mills Mall in Tempe.
Carreno-Serrano was arrested on Voyeurism and Disorderly Conduct charges.
The woman’s identity has not been released.
Tempe Police are currently in custody of Carreno-Serrano’s iPad and smartphones, which Pooley said police could add on more charges after searching his devices.
