Jennifer Lopez will bring summer 50th birthday tour to Phoenix

PHOENIX — Pop icon Jennifer Lopez announced Wednesday on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” that she will bring her summer tour to Phoenix.
The two-month It’s My Party tour is something the singer, dancer and actress wanted to do to celebrate her 50th birthday.
The tour will stop at at Talking Stick Resort Arena on June 16. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. March 29.
Lopez will be joined by surprise guests from “World of Dance,” the dance competition show that she judges.

The tour will kick off with two shows at the Forum in Los Angeles on June 7-8 and conclude with a pair of concerts in Miami on July 25-26.
Her last tour sold over 1 million tickets and brought in over $1.4 billion in box office receipts, according to Live Nation.
She sold more than $100 million worth of tickets during her three-year Las Vegas residency and stars in the movie “Second Act,” which hit theaters in December.
