PHOENIX — Goodyear police arrested one of Colorado’s 10 most wanted criminals Tuesday.
David Samuel Herbert, 41, had been on the run from Colorado police since April and has a history of robbery and assault, according to a Goodyear Police Department press release.
Law enforcement in Colorado contacted the department and told them Herbert had bought a home and was living in the Estrella Mountain Ranch area.
They also said his family, possible domestic violence victims, were with him.
Goodyear police surveilled the home and arrested him after a short pursuit on foot.
He was booked into the Maricopa County 4th Avenue Jail, and Colorado law enforcement was notified.
