Phoenix ranks No. 3 as most desirable place to move

These days, it appears the Valley might be welcoming more people than it's losing.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix ranked third in Penske Truck Rental's 2012 list of Top 10 moving destinations.

While Phoenix remained in Penske's annual list for the second consecutive year, it actually dropped from No. 2 to No. 3.

Here's a look at the cities that made this year's Top 10:

1. Atlanta
2. Dallas
3. Phoenix
4. Orlando
5. Chicago
6. Houston
7. Denver
8. Seattle
9. Charlotte
10. Sarasota
