Arizona Literacy Plan 2030 is proving to be successful, beating illiteracy and turning rural communities around. However, much can't be said here in the Valley, as there continues to be a fierce battle over CTE funding between nine school districts and EVIT. Mike Broomhead asks, why don't we follow suit if the program is proven to work?
