Phoenix planning 3 plants where treated wastewater will be purified enough to drink

The City of Phoenix has plans to build three advanced water purification facilities throughout the Valley over the next few years. AWP takes treated wastewater and sends it through additional processes so it's drinkable again. With AWP water can be used over and over again.
