Former Peoria Unified School District President Heather Rooks joins Mike Broomhead to discuss what she calls a failure by board members to protect a Centennial High School student from two teachers facing misconduct allegations. Rooks accuses the board of negligence and says she believes there is a coverup in the case involving former teachers Haley Beck and Angela Burlaka.
