Video shows a unique interaction between a group of elephants and a GoPro

An unlikely interaction is shown in this video when a group of elephants come across a GoPro.

The first elephant to come into frame appears aware of the camera, but allows its other comrades to investigate.

After a sniff and a couple of pokes, the camera goes airborne and is held by the nose of one of the elephants.

What we can assume is that the elephant realized it wasn’t food, because the GoPro is eventually left alone and the elephants move on. The camera is left covered in snot and containing footage of a once in a lifetime encounter.
