The family suffered minor injuries.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said law enforcement in the West Valley suburb of Peoria caught three of the suspects right after the car, a red Camaro that authorities said had been stolen during a robbery in Phoenix on Monday, crashed after it exited Loop 101.
A state trooper had tried to stop the car on southbound 101 at Thunderbird Road.
All four suspects fled on foot after the crash. Three males and a female were also arrested. They were caught quickly, but the final suspect was arrested in a nearby neighborhood.
The Associated Press contributed to this report.
