Police need your help in locating West Valley robbery suspect

Police need the public’s help in apprehending a suspect in connection with several armed robberies at Fry’s and Safeway gas stations since June.

According to police, the suspect will enter a gas station business armed with either a black handgun or a silver revolver and demand money from the register. Two of the robberies were of the employee only and not the business, while in other robberies the suspect was observed in a black SUV type of a vehicle, possibly a suburban.

The suspect is described as a 27-year-old black male, 5-foot-10, 150 pounds with black hair, born eyes and often wears dark clothing with a black or multi colored fishing style hat.

Anyone with information is urged to call Silent Witness at 480-948-6377 or 1-800-343-TIPS. Those reporting tips will remain completely anonymous and could earn a cash reward for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the suspect.
