Man nearly attacked by two cougars, captures entire ordeal on video

Runners, beware!

YouTuber Donny Stone uploaded a video Wednesday after going for a 10K run in Alberta, Canada. Stone was nearly attacked by not one, but two cougars!

In the video’s description, Stone said he thought he saw two cougars cross the path in front of him when he armed himself with protective spray — and, of course, a video camera.

“Wouldn’t you know it, as I walked by not seeing them, one came at me,” the video’s description read. “Bear spray to his eyes, hollering like I’ve never done before and away went the cat and his brother (well his brother looked like he might come at me too so I shot a little at him for good measure).”

Stone said runners should always be armed with spray and have it ready in order to prevent attacks.

In short, this is why I don’t go running.
