Mac & Gaydos take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

If you haven’t heard of the Ice Bucket Challenge, you need to.

The whole idea is very simple: Fill a bucket full of ice water and dump it over your head while you record it. It’s easy and pretty funny.

After you record it, you post it online and challenge your friends to do the same. It sounds easy, right?

Of course, with everything online, there’s a twist: You have to take the challenge within 24 hours or donate money to ALS research.
