LEGO creates full-size old school muscle car

There are a lot of different types of things you can make with LEGOs if you take 1,200 hours.

The folks at LEGO took on a project you couldn’t do at home, however.

The team made a life-size LEGO replica of a “1964 1/2” Ford Mustang V8 coupe, made entirely out of LEGOs over the course of 1,200 hours.

There have been life-size LEGO vehicles before the Mustang, but this one is special. The replica weighs over 1,700 pounds and has functioning headlights, taillights and sound effects.

There’s a virtual horn that plays the sounds of a real Mustang engine for the 15-foot long, 6-foot wide and 4-foot tall replica vehicle.
