Don’t try this one at home.

A man in Tembisa, South Africa has broken the Guiness World Record for the most consecutive one-handed backflips.

According to the description on the YouTube video of the stunt, the man’s name is Zama Mofokeng. The 26-year-old is a gymnast and landed 34 backflips in a row with just one hand, doing them one-right-after-another down a stretch of road.

An article on Mofokeng on the Guiness World Records website says that he’s been a gymnast since he was 10 years old. But when he was 13, a major hand injury prompted him to practice his sport with just one hand.

“I told myself I have my other hand, which is not injured, and that means I am still able to do the sport,” he told the Tembisan.

It paid off — he’s now a world record-holder!
