Osso, the visionary behind Scottsdale’s acclaimed Virtù Honest Craft and Pizzeria Virtù, shares the story of how his culinary journey began at age 13 as a dishwasher and eventually led him to work overnight shifts at a New York culinary school while chasing his dream.
