A new restaurant coming to Scottsdale, Arizona, will feature a modern take on classic American cuisine.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports Twisted Root Parlor and Bar will open its doors on Sunday, March 1, off Hayden Road and Via de Ventura in the Village at Hayden shopping center.
Twisted Root is the newest creation from Common Ground Culinary, which is behind Grassroots Kitchen & Tap and Wally’s American Pub ‘n Grille — both of which boast locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Twisted Root and Grassroots Kitchen will be located in the same shopping center.
The newest restaurant of the group will feature a big patio area, large booths and community tables, as well as banquet rooms for private parties.
“We wanted Twisted Root to be the dependable, staple spot in your mental Rolodex, the sort of place you can visit several times a week and always find something fun to eat or drink,” said Common Ground Culinary owner Christoper Collins.
In addition to its food offerings, Twisted Root will reportedly feature craft beers and handmade cocktails. The restaurant already has a Facebook page, which says the eatery aims to become “Scottsdale’s favorite new hangout.”
