Indian Frybread & Arts Festival arriving in Chandler this weekend

PHOENIX – The Indian Frybread & Arts Festival is coming to Chandler on Saturday to celebrate Native American culture.
In addition to the Indian Frybread and chili cookoff competitions, the festival will feature performances from Native American bands, traditional dance performances and activities for all ages.
Wild Horse Pass at the Sonoran Lawn at Rawhide, near 48th Street and North Loop Road, will hold the event that will run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
General admission tickets are available online for $15 and a family ticket bundle (that includes four tickets) is available for $50.
Military-discounted tickets are available for $12, while children under 12 are free with a paying adult. Gila River Indian Community discounts are also available.

The exclusively Native American lineup of artists will see performances from:
- D Faktion Nyne (Waila) (noon)
- One Way Sky (alternative rock) (1:45 p.m.)
- Casper & the Mighty 602 Band (reggae) (3:30 p.m.)
