The ACT Medical Park will have various features, including an imaging center. This will be one of five facilities with technology specifically for disease diagnostics and monitoring in Arizona, according to the release.
The imaging center will have the ability to provide various types of advanced diagnostic services. These include:
- X-ray.
- 3T MRI.
- MRI-PDFF.

“This state-of-the-art center represents the culmination of our dedication to providing cutting-edge treatments and diagnostics to our community,” Kohli said. “We look forward to the transformative impact this facility will have on the lives of our patients and the broader healthcare landscape.”
Chandler city officials expect this imaging center to play a crucial role in advancing patient care and medical research in Arizona.
Speaking of research, the ACT Medical Park will also have a phase 1 unit for clinical trials. The ACT Phase 1 Unit will have 24 private rooms for clinical trial participants, along with a research pharmacy and a research laboratory. This unit’s patient database will be able to support various studies, such as research into liver and kidney issues.
It’s essentially one of the most versatile research units in the metro Phoenix area, according to the release.
What else does ACT Medical Park offer?
In addition to the notable imaging center and clinical trial unit, the new medical park in Chandler will house various other offerings.
For instance, it will house the Arizona State Urological Institute, VEN Centers, an ALH|VEN pharmacy and phase 2-4 trial capabilities, according to the release.
This will make ACT Medical Park a massive hub for the community to meet its health care needs, from research to wellness.
Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said the medical care company’s decision to breathe new life into an old building will revitalize the city.
“Their purchase and transformation of a former gym into a hub for healthcare, research, and wellness spanning over 28,000 square feet exemplifies their commitment to improving lives,” Hartke said in the release. “Arizona Liver Health’s focus on the health and wellbeing of our residents underscores their invaluable contribution to Chandler’s vitality and prosperity.”
