Medical center office building in Chandler sells for $7.3 million

PHOENIX – A multi-tenant medical office building in Chandler has been sold for $7.3 million.

The 22,500-square-foot facility is located near Dobson and Frye roads, just south of Chandler Regional Medical Center.

The two-story building was built in 2001.

The property has 140 non-covered parking spaces, plus 33 covered spaces.

NAI Horizon, a commercial real estate company serving Arizona, facilitated the sale to Cleveland-based Provider Real Estate Partners LLC.
