Police seek help solving fatal shooting near Glendale hospital last week

PHOENIX – Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying suspects in a fatal shooting last week near a hospital in Glendale.
A caller reported hearing gunshots and finding a wounded man near 59th Avenue and Thunderbird Road around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, the Glendale Police Department said.
Officers responded to the area west of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and found 44-year-old Michael Harris, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The hospital was placed on lockdown temporarily while police searched the area.
Police believe additional witnesses have not come forward.
