PHOENIX – A missing Maricopa County man with multiple medical conditions who was the subject of a Silver Alert was found safe Monday, authorities said.

Eldon Wallace, 82, has not been seen since around 1 p.m. Sunday, when he left home in Morristown, about 43 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, on his motorcycle, the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office said.

He was found by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office. The Silver Alert was canceled.

His daughter reported him missing to MCSO after he failed to return. She told deputies Wallace’s rides usually lasted two to three hours.

Wallace has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and diabetes. He also takes medication for dementia.

We want to hear from you.
