PHOENIX — Mesa-based Angry Crab Shack announced Monday it will open its first international location in London next year.

The 2,000-square-foot store will be adjacent to Leicester Square at 19A Rupert Street, according to a press release.

Mason and M Limited is set to open and operate the international restaurant, with more plans to open two stores in London and Cambridge, the release said. Opening dates for the other two stores haven’t been announced.

“We are honored and humbled to open Angry Crab Shack’s first international location in the United Kingdom,” Lucy Liang of Mason and M Ltd. said in the release.

“We can’t wait to share this unique, fun seafood concept with our British guests.”

The restaurant is most known for its seafood with Asian-Cajun flavors.

Angry Crab Shack currently has 19 locations in the U.S., with 16 of them in Arizona.

The brand plans to open and operate 100 restaurants by 2025.
