PHOENIX — Get in the holiday spirit on Saturday with a new pub crawl in downtown Mesa.
Beards and Brews Booze Crawl will run from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the East Valley city’s center, according to a press release.
Participants will check in at the Mesa Mural, located at 47 W. Main Street, any time between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.
They will receive a map of bar locations, a goody bag with reindeer-themed snacks and a Santa beard.
There will be 10 bars to get your drink on and specialty cocktails will cost $3 for event patrons. One drink per location will be allowed.
Tickets — called passports for the event — cost $10 and can be purchased online while available.
It’s not the only holiday-themed event to roll into Mesa this month.
The light rail will transform into the Santa Express starting this weekend.
Children and families can board the train near the Mesa Dr./Main St. stop for the holiday experience from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
That event will run Friday and Saturday, as well as on Dec. 16 and 17.
