PHOENIX — Pizza lovers in Phoenix can rejoice.

Fox Restaurant Concepts is opening its third Fly Bye shop on Thursday in the Phoenix neighborhood of Arcadia. The restaurant will have an expanded menu specializing in pizza and chicken.

Located off Camelback Road and 40th Street, the Detroit-style pan pizza restaurant was originally planned to be a ghost kitchen like its first location. Because of high demand, the Arcadia location will be the second to feature a dining room as the Desert Ridge location has limited seating.

The menu includes Fly Bye specialty pizzas such as crispy chicken parmesan, black truffle mushroom, copper hat and pepperoni. The expanded menu will also include pizzas called Lebanese mom, the Brooklyn, meatball and Flower Child (named after its sister restaurant), according to a press release.

Guests will also get the opportunity to build their own pizza of their choice with hand-stretched, Detroit-style and gluten-free crusts. The location will also offer more chopped salad options as well as hoagies.

Fly Bye will have fast online ordering, delivery or curbside pickup. When ordering online through pickup, the restaurant will be notified when you’re in its vicinity.

Owned by Valley restaurateur Sam Fox, the restaurant will add to an arsenal of Phoenix food stops such as The Henry, Flower Child, North Italia, Culinary Dropout, Blanco Tacos & Tequila, Zinburger and Doughbird.

We want to hear from you.
