PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Transportation scheduled a virtual public meeting regarding possible future changes at the Interstate 10, Loop 101 interchange in the West Valley.
ADOT is weighing options for implementing High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) ramps to connect Loop 101 and I-10, among other improvements near the interchange and cross streets, according to a press release.
One such improvement would involve adding a connector ramp to carry traffic from southbound Loop 101 to 91st Avenue, south of I-10.
The HOV lane additions are scheduled for construction as soon as 2025, according to the release.
