PHOENIX — Real estate developers announced Tuesday that The Grove office building in Phoenix has been fully leased ahead of completion on the property.
Global professional services firm Aon leased the remaining 3,600-square-foot office space earlier in the week, bringing the 180,000-square-foot office space located at Camelback Road and 44th Street to full capacity, RED Development said in a press release.
With the first phase of The Grove complete, global brokerage firm JLL was the first tenant to move into the space over the last week, with nearly 130 employees in the Phoenix division.
“As we unveil the first phase of The Grove with the completion of the office component, we’re tremendously proud to be fully leased and welcoming JLL as our first tenant,” Mike Ebert, managing partner at RED Development, said in the release.
Other tenants making way into the building include Aon, Sendoso, Clayco and Common Bond Development Group.
Two restaurants are set to open in January, including Pyro, a Japanese izakaya bistro by Flagship Restaurant Group. The other restaurant will be named in the coming weeks.
Tenants within the space will have access to the fifth-flooor deck, which includes an indoor and outdoor pavilion, a pickleball court and views of Camelback Mountain.
The location is also home to the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury training center.
Developments at The Grove are still underway, as The Global Ambassador, a first-ever hotel by restauranteur Sam Fox and Common Bond Development Group, is slated to open in late 2023.
