PHOENIX — Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers announced it is opening its first Buckeye restaurant in the third quarter of 2023.

Located off Interstate 10 and Verrado Way, residents can enjoy the local beers and renowned burgers in a restaurant filled with 50 TVs and cutting-edge surround sound, according to a press release.

The 5,300-square-foot building includes a 1,350-square-foot wrap-around patio making up Buckeye’s first location.

“We are looking forward to contributing to the growth of Buckeye with our quality burgers and beer,” founder and CEO of Square One Concepts S. Barrett Rinzler said in the press release.

“This space is very special as its original design was for the former Verrado Community Welcome Center. The structure of this space is unique compared to our other locations. We are excited to serve this part of the metro area and especially in this outstanding community.”

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers started in north Scottsdale in 2011 and has grown to 13 metro Phoenix locations.

Two other restaurants are also expected to open in Maricopa and Tucson in 2023.

We want to hear from you.
