PHOENIX — A one-of-a-kind multimillion dollar luxury home was recently added to Sedona’s housing market.
The 3,700-square-foot property sits on 57 acres of land in one of the city’s most solitary private gated subdivisions, according to a Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty press release.
At a listing price of $19,455,000, the property is surrounded by National Forest Service land and has its own private vineyard with over 60 Zinfandel grape vines.
The property was built in 2006 and received extensive remodels in 2015.
“Eagle Mountain Estate is a truly unique Sedona property that combines over the top luxury living with acreage and gated security. The property offers soaring cliffs, ownership of both sides of Oak Creek, fruit orchards, an open meadow and even a pond. This combination have never been available in any property ever listed in Sedona,” Real Estate Agent Devin Johnston said in the release.
From a full-size dishwasher and coffee bar in the master bedroom to a jacuzzi tub overlooking Oak Creek, luxurious amenities can be found in nearly every room.
The estate includes a 62.5% controlling interest in the Homeowner Association, giving the owner majority voting power in their possession.
As most of the 57 acres was zoned “agricultural,” owners save more than $40,000 on property taxes annually.
There’s also two 1,000-gallon buried propane tanks that feed a 48KW backup home generator to ensure the property is never without power.
“We have been so blessed to live here in the amazing house and in this sacred Valley for more than a decade, but we are now ready to give someone else this incredible opportunity so that they too can enjoy the experience and be the guardians of this beautiful property,” the seller, who chose to remain anonymous, said in the release.
