PHOENIX — Desert Ridge Marketplace is opening its doors to five new tenants this fall, offering food, coffee, shopping and more.

Nordstrom Rack, Dakota London, Artichoke Basille’s Pizza, Cartel Roasting Co. and Spitz Mediterranean will be the five new tenants that total the over 50,000 square feet and 98%-leased shopping center, according to a release.

Nordstrom Rack will open another location offering guests on-trend apparel, shoes, accessories and more. The 23,500-square-foot location will be located between Kohls and PetSmart.

Dakota London is a hair extension-only salon that opens Sept. 13 near Fly Bye and Albertsons. The company has been in business for over a decade and offers micro link and sew-in weft extensions. New clients will receive an exclusive 50% special discount.

Artichoke Basille’s Pizza will offer its third Valley location featuring award-winning slices. The restaurant is known for its massive pies as well as the signature artichoke pizza. The new location will be located near Copper Blues Live and Barnes & Noble.

Cartel Roasting Co. is a popular coffee shop around the Valley for an early morning caffeine pick-me-up. The location will be located near Splash Pad and Cold Stone Creamery.

Spitz Mediterranean is a trendy, healthier spot that offers a healthier, modern twist on the region’s food. The new location will be placed near the Splash Pad.

We want to hear from you.
