US 60 closure in Tempe among Valley freeway restrictions this weekend

PHOENIX — A closure on a portion of the U.S. 60 in Tempe is among the restrictions on Valley freeways this weekend.
Westbound U.S. 60 will be closed between the Loop 101 Price Freeway and McClintock Drive from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday for freeway maintenance, the Arizona Department of Transportation said.
Also closed for the project are the north- and southbound Loop 101 ramps to westbound U.S. 60 and the westbound U.S. 60 on-ramp at Dobson Road and off-ramp at McClintock Drive.
Near Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, eastbound Interstate 10 is scheduled to be narrowed to two lanes between 48th Street and Broadway Road from 8 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday for work on the I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project.

Also closed is Broadway Road in both directions between 48th and 55th streets from 10 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday, as well as all I-10 on- and off-ramps at Broadway Road and the I-10 connector ramp between 48th Street and Broadway Road.
There will be no Broadway Road access available via 52nd Street, ADOT said.
In the East Valley, the right two lanes on the Northbound Loop 101 Price Freeway will be closed between Warner and Baseline roads from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday for pavement maintenance.
Also closed for the project are the northbound Loop 101 on- and off-ramps between Warner and Baseline roads.
