PHOENIX — A new cocktail lounge will be opening in downtown Phoenix in the US Bank Center at the corner of Monroe Street and First Avenue.

The lounge will be called The Rose Garden and it will feature an 1,800-square foot space with 85 seats and vast outdoor patio.

TruColor Concepts, the owners Sip Coffee and Beer and 36 Below, are the owners and concept designers of the upscale lounge, which will feature a rose garden and peacock display for customers to enjoy while sipping on “Instagram-worthy drink options,” according to a release.

The menu will feature a wide range of cocktail options as well as local beer and wine to go with light food choices.

The Rose Garden is looking to hire 25 team members for positions at the front and back of the establishment.

The US Bank Center is officially listed as the second-tallest building in the state.

Standing at 407 feet tall and built in 1976, the building’s 31 floors are primarily filled with office space.
