PHOENIX — Authorities canceled a Silver Alert on Monday after the subject, a 22-year-old woman with a cognitive disability, was safely located.

The alert for Chyna Mcgee-Mallet was issued Friday afternoon. She had last been seen in Chandler on May 25 wearing a purple shirt, pink fuzzy pants and pink Converse sneakers.

Mcgee-Mallet has a cognitive disability and a mental capacity of a 14-year-old, authorities said.

She stands at 5-foot-6 and weighs 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Mcgee-Mallet left home on foot without a cellphone and possibly with a bag of clothes.

Anyone with information was asked to call the Chandler Police Department at 480-782-4130.
