May 28, 2022, 6:30 AM

PHOENIX – A new amenity-filled apartment community started welcoming residents in Tempe this month.

Parc Broadway is a four-story, 324-unit gated complex at Broadway Road and Roosevelt Street, just east of Hardy Drive.

It offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 632 to 1,262 square feet.

Rents run from $1,670 to $2,755 a month.

The apartments have 14-foot ceilings, granite counter tops, USB charging ports, pre-installed Wi-Fi modems, private balconies and in-unit washers and dryers.

The community amenities include a “Zoom room” meeting space, a pool and spa, a dog park and pet wash station, a clubhouse with a TV lounge and coffee bar, and an indoor mailroom with Amazon lockers.

“Parc Broadway has made it their mission to provide all amenities necessary for residents with different interests,” Michelle Sinclair of developer Evergreen Devco said in a press release.

“We have the resources for gym-goers, artists, pet lovers and more.”

The Parc Broadway website has more details, including floor plans and information and availability.

We want to hear from you.
