Phoenix brokerage firm JLL moving state headquarters to The Grove

May 8, 2022, 7:15 AM

PHOENIX — A Phoenix brokerage firm is the latest company to announce it will occupy space in The Grove as JLL is moving its state headquarters to the mixed-use development in the Arcadia neighborhood.

JLL said it will lease 31,000 square feet of space on the first floor of The Grove’s five-story office building on the complex near the intersection of 44th Street and Camelback Road, according to a press release.

“JLL’s new Arizona office will give our team and our clients the environment they need to pursue success in one of the most sought-after commercial real estate markets in the nation,” Pat Williams, JLL senior managing director, said in the release.

“We are extremely excited for its debut.”

The brokerage firm is set to move into its new space this fall and the office will house more than 120 employees.

The office will feature various amenities, such as large and small conference rooms, independent workstations and an open-concept area at the edge of the office that has floor-to-ceiling windows. A patio is also set to be available that will offer employees a place to eat, collaborative seating and games.

The building itself, which will be situated next to other amenities of the development including a boutique hotel, luxury residential units and dining and retail options, offers a rooftop lounge with a pickleball court, outdoor garden and pavilion and direct views of Camelback Mountain.

“The iconic mixed-use nature of The Grove is exactly what companies from all industry sectors are searching for in today’s competitive labor market and JLL is no different,” Ryan Timpani, JLL’s managing director, said in the release.

“The on-site and surrounding amenity offerings at this project are second-to-none and check all of the boxes that JLL and others desire.”
