Food trucks parking at Tempe Town Lake this month for Foodie Fri-YAYs

PHOENIX – Tempe food truck fans should have Fridays on their mind this month.

Foodie Fri-YAYs are coming to Tempe Beach Park from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on May 6, 13, 20 and 27.

The free event will feature a variety of food trucks, with a different lineup each week, along with adult beverages for attendees 21 and older and live music.

The series kicks off with the It’s Seoul Good, Hot Bamboo, Kingpin BBQ and Tropical Sno food trucks plus beer from Huss Brewery and wine from Nomadica.

“With Foodie Fri-YAYs, we’re welcoming everyone back to this beloved hot spot while celebrating the best of local food, drinks and musicians,” Kate Borders, executive director of the Downtown Tempe Authority, said in a press release.
