PHOENIX — Sid’s Garage has announced when people can get a taste of their creative burgers and exuberant milkshakes at the new location at Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix.
The restaurant will open its first location outside of Idaho on May 15 in The District section of the shopping and entertainment center that is north of the Loop 101 Pima Freeway at Tatum Boulevard, according to a press release.
It will be open Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, according to a press release.
Unique burgers are a focal point for the restaurant and include options like the Boss Hog Burger, which is made up of a half-pound Wagyu and Black Angus Snake River Farm beef patty and topped with 48-hour roasted pork belly, onion rings and scratch-made Sriracha-bourbon sauce.
People can also order other items like grilled salmon, hot chicken, pretzel bites, deviled eggs, macaroni and cheese as well as various kinds of fries.
Eye-catching milkshakes are also a star of the show, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic choices available.
The Fat Elvis shake is delivered with a peanut butter rim and features raspberry jam, vanilla bean ice cream, crunch berries and a full-size strawberry shortcake bar, while the Velvet Revolver has vodka, tyku, lime, muddled cucumber and sriracha.
The 3,269-square-foot restaurant sports an industrial/steampunk vibe and also features adult gaming, private dining and a large patio, the company said.
Sid’s Garage has two other locations, in Boise and Meridian, and joins more than 100 other retailers and restaurants at Desert Ridge.
