PHOENIX — Country Music Hall of Famer Alan Jackson will stop by Gila River Arena in Glendale for one show on his LAST CALL: ONE MORE FOR THE ROAD tour on Sept. 30.

Jackson is a three-time Country Music Awards Entertainer of the Year with hits including “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” and “Gone Country.”

The 63-year-old will play 16 shows from June 24 to Oct. 8.

“I’ve always admired my heroes like George Jones, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn and Charley Pride who just played as much as they wanted to, as long as they could,” Jackson said in a press release. “I’ve always thought I’d like to do that, and I’d like to as long as my health will allow.”

Jackson has Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a chronic condition that leads to muscle deterioration. For every ticket sold for his shows, $1 will be donated to the CMT Research Foundation. A group of CMTRF donors will match the funds earned through concert tickets.

Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 18, and can be purchased online.

Jackson’s other stops on the tour include Anaheim, California and Austin, Texas.
