Phoenix police seek information on woman accused in December homicide

PHOENIX — A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a 32-year-old woman accused of a homicide that took place in December in Phoenix, authorities said.
Probable cause was developed to arrest Jessica Burris in the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Michelle Tate during a confrontation at an apartment near Bethany Home Road and Interstate 17 on Dec. 2 just before 10 p.m., the Phoenix Police Department said in a press release.
Burris is described as a Black woman who stands 5-foot-5 and weighs 140 pounds with brown eyes.
