Phoenix police seeking red Porsche involved in fatal hit-and-run of bicyclist

PHOENIX — Phoenix Police are seeking information on the owner of a red Porsche involved in the fatal hit-and-run of a bicyclist last week.
Stanley Fischer, 52, was struck by the older model Porsche while crossing 12th Street between Northern and Glendale avenues at about 1:25 a.m. on Friday, the Phoenix Police Department said in a press release.
The suspect, whose car sustained severe damage to the front bumper on the driver’s side, fled the scene, police said.
Fischer was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
