Gilbert ranked as Arizona’s most caring city, per WalletHub

PHOENIX — A personal finance website ranked Gilbert as Arizona’s most caring city.
WalletHub compared the 100 most populated cities in the country across three dimensions: caring for the community, caring for the vulnerable and caring in the workforce.
Gilbert ranked No. 18 overall, coming in at No. 3 in the dimension of for caring for the community and No. 16 in caring for the vulnerable.
Among the dimensions were subcategories, including the lowest child poverty rate, in which the East Valley town ranked as No. 2 in the country.
Scottsdale, which placed No. 23 overall, ranked among the top 10 in both caring for the community and caring for the vulnerable.
Chandler was next overall in Arizona at No. 32 followed by Mesa (No. 50), Glendale (No. 71), Tucson (No. 75) and Phoenix (No. 76).
Madison, Wisconsin, was ranked the most caring city in the country, according to WalletHub, while Birmingham, Alabama, was considered the least caring city.
