PHOENIX — Owners of a Charming Coronado Casita were named as the top new Airbnb hosts in Arizona.

The Moises’s already have 123 reviews and boast a 4.90 rating for their Phoenix listing after less than one year of accepting reservations on the site.

The one bed, one bath casita is listed for $87 per night and located in the Coronado District of Phoenix near the corner of McDowell Road and 12th Street.

It offers a shared hot tub, fire pit, corn hole along with free parking, television and WiFi.

In order to qualify for the top spot in the state, the Moises’s were required to start hosting in 2021, have the most check-ins in the state and achieve superhost status.

Of the top picks in each state, 12% of the owners are couples while 46% are women.

Airbnb enjoyed its most profitable quarter of all time with owners earning $12.8 billion in the 2021 third quarter.

To book a stay at the Moises’s Coronado Casita you can check out their listing here.

We want to hear from you.
