PHOENIX – The vehicle involved in an Amber Alert out of Tennessee that was spotted in western Arizona has been found in California, authorities said.
Noah Clare, 3, was last seen Nov. 6 in Gallatin, Tennessee. He is believed to be in the company of Jacob Clare, 35, who is wanted for aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.
It was said the two might be traveling in a silver 2005 Subaru Legacy, which was found in San Clemente, California, on Tuesday afternoon, the Tennesse Bureau of Investigation said in a tweet.
Tennessee officials requested California’s assistance with spreading the word about the case.
An Endangered Child Alert was issued for Noah on Nov. 9 and elevated it to an Amber Alert on Tuesday.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety also activated an Amber Alert because the vehicle was seen on State Route 95 heading toward Parker, near the California border in La Paz County.
Noah is 3 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 40 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing gray sweatpants, a camo shirt, a black jacket and black shoes.
Jacob is 6 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He may be armed, authorities said.
Anybody with information about the case was asked to call 911.
