Police arrest suspect in fatal Phoenix shooting

PHOENIX — Phoenix police have made an arrest in the fatal shooting of a
39-year-old man at an apartment complex.

Police said John Lugo, 35, was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of
second-degree murder and misconduct involving weapons.

Lugo was accused in the death of Joseph Moreno during an altercation Saturday night near 16th Avenue and Osborn Road.
