PHOENIX — Bourbon and Bones Chophouse will open a third Valley location on the corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road in Peoria, officials announced Thursday.

The restaurant aims to open in fall 2022, five years after its original location opened in Old Town Scottsdale.

The venue will be 5,800 square feet, offer mountain views and include an additional 1,000 square feet of patio space.

“We like the location and believe it will be a development that’s in line with the quality of Bourbon & Bones,” S. Barrett Rinzler, founder & CEO of Square One Concepts, said in a press release.

“We know there is pent-up demand for fine dining in Peoria and the surrounding northwest area. We’ve done very well in similar circumstances in Gilbert, and look forward to delivering our style of fine dining in Peoria. We believe it’s a great fit.”

The second location opened in February in Gilbert at San Tan Village.

The Bourbon and Bones menu features hand-selected wet-aged and dry-aged cuts of prime beef, wagyu beef, options for fresh seafood and a list of bourbons and whiskies.

Peoria can expect the same quality operation that we have brought to Scottsdale and Gilbert, featuring the best selection of bourbons and whiskies in the state, prime steaks, fresh seafood and amazing wines all in a go-to spot for all occasions,” Rinzler said in the release.

We want to hear from you.
